Tremie Pipes
Tremie Pipes are normally used to pour concrete inside a vertical pile to avoid “bridging” or gaps.
At Nandikeshwari Engineering LLP, we are committed to manufacture a quality product to last longer and users have a good experience. The wire-rope joints are perfectly matched for quick assembly of the couplings. The rubber ‘O’ rings are provided to avoid contamination by mud or water.
The wire rope is fitted easily, and each joint is tested to carry a minimum load of 10 ton-force to prevent any accident or slippage of tremie pipe during the process.
All the accessories are designed in perfect manner to carry out operation like cleaning, lifting etc.
High quality steel is used for production.
Tremie Accessories and Spares
Funnel: Designed in various capacity, tremie hopper are made from string steel plates with added reinforcements to last longer. All the hopper is provided with male type connection for easy coupling.
Red Oxide coated and painted to finish.
Normally available in 0.6-1.5 Cu.m capacity.
Flushing Head: Used as an attachment for cleaning of holes, these flushing head are made from thick steel plate with male joint. Customer can choose the flange attachment suiting individual needs.
Lifting Cap: High Strength steel plates are used for manufacturing of lifting cap that is used for lifting or lowering operations. With male joints, the top head can be made swivel / non swivel type as per customer requirement.
Fork: Fabricated out of MS square tubes and plates, tremie fork are designed to hold the pipe at joints. Longer arms are provided for better support.
Rubber ‘O’ Rings: Rubber ‘O’ Rings are provided to prevent seepage of water / concrete between male / female joints. Made from high quality rubber, these are designed to last longer and does not harden or crack even at prolonged exposure to mud / water.
Tremie Rack: Designed to easily stack and carry tremie pipes to construction site, the built is robust. Separate lifting lugs are provided, easy access staircase, grated area are a few of the features.
The tremie racks are tailor made to meet individual requirements on the number of pipes, method of lifting preferable (forklift or cranes etc.) & local transport and carriage regulations.
